Ok, first, thanks for not trying to blame everyone and their dog. Crap happens and learning from it is the important part.
That said, with 18 months you should have a good chance to find another job.
Did this, or the backing incident cause a police report or ticket. Basically anything "official" outside Prime?
I ask, as most apps ask for whats on the MVR. If there was no report, don't volunteer information
Oh, don't lie sure. Just read what is asked for and answer just the question asked honestly
So go look for a better job, as China always says, ignore the website requirements. Put in apps at companies that look good to you and Tuesday call them saying "Just checking on my application." You should have a job by the end of the week if you put in enough apps.
Made a mistake...

Wonder if any driver has ever removed damaged fairings and thrown them away, then called the company and reported them stolen while he was inside the truckstop taking a shower.lynchy and CrappieJunkie Thank this.

Not sure. Heck of an idea though.

It's pretty easy as it is to damage the fairings on the new cascadia probably even the older one as well. I know my truck, just in tight turns I'll sometimes start to hit the fairings on the refer housing.. There isn't a lot of room to play with between the fairings and the refer the way Prime has the Cascadias set up.
I broke the clips on my passenger side in a tight turn, then had to rob a few clips from the other side temporarily.
The biggest problem though is in a jack knife he likely set off some sort of safety warnings Prime has.. I got a safety warning for the 1st time a week ago, because I stopped fast for a red light. It was a fast stop but was controlled with no skidding, yet I still got a safety warning then a call from dispatch..
I'd imagine if I got a call over a fast stop, they'd most likely get some sort of telemetry warning from a jack knife, specially while at travel speeds. -
Sorry to hear this, but I applaud you not making excuses. You can't learn from a mistake you deny. You'll find something.Woodys, Oxbow, RoadRooster and 1 other person Thank this.
