Our local SC is closing, and there isn't another in the area. At all.

But my wife brought up a good point: How many of these closings are in states where they voted in a minimum wage increase to some insane amount? There may be a connection...just sayin'.

 

Ew, load your own it's alot cheaper. 9mm works out to about $6/50rds box. 45acp works out to about $9/box. On my Dillon I can crank out about 500rds an hour

Amazon wants to build a second headquarters in a city somewhere. You have many cities salivating with the prospect of 50,000 new jobs coming from all over.

 

As long as Walmart allows truck parking at select stores, it will be difficult for me to ever boycott them. There would be parking at many more Walmart stores, but they got tired of picking up trash and pee bottles. You know the folks at Bentonville could just send out an email, and ALL truck parking would end overnight. But they don't. Name another retailer who compares to Walmart for trucker friendliness.

Here is what I have read about Amazon on ttr. There have been a couple of posts of Amazon using other people's trailers without authorization for 1, 2 or three days. There was another post of Amazon ordering 5 trucks and cancelling 2 after they arrive. Idk, that's just what I read here.

In order to pick who the real devil is between the two, you need to familiarize yourself with Jeff Bezos, Amazon, and the NY Times. In a nutshell, Bezos is a zero borders man.
