If you look at it. Premier clipped the JB trailer went past JB and the tanker veered left thru the guardrail and stopped where he did. Hitting cars along the way too. Just my reconstruction. Sad for all involved. It's a tough spot as mentioned. And yes the road rebuilding is still going on a few miles ahead.

I think a Amen would be in order for that from Kasper42, and thank you #1 Kenworth for your good post.
We don't have guaranteed tomorrow. That is a given. However run through the night long enough we are promised a Eternal Morning.supremegod, 48Packard, Concorde and 1 other person Thank this. -
I just passed through that area yesterday to go home, I park my truck in Springfield. In addition to the speed reduction and the construction zone there’s a S curve right before you enter Springfield city limits. And the way the temporary lanes are marked in the construction zone everyone is always trying to jockey for position before reaching Springfield. RIP driver.
That stretch of I-91 has a history of accidents. There was an accident in that area about 2 months prior where traffic detoured going through Longmeadow via US 5Last edited: Jan 21, 2018
