JB HUNT DCS new pay scale hits the drivers income

Now that is a true statement! When I was in orientation at JB Hunt, 3 gentlemen in the back of the room wanted to know why they were switched from yard dogs to regional. All 3 said they were hired to be yard dogs each one at a different location.

 

JB and the rest of the megas.......You are no more valuable to your fleet manager than the pen on his/her desk. If you believe otherwise, bend a rule or bend some equipment and see how important you are.

So you're either a driver with low self-esteem, or a desk jockey. Either have some pride, or learn to treat your drivers better.

BTW, I was in management for 12 years with a medium size company (not trucking related). I hated it, resigned, and went back into trucking. I might not like my job everyday but some of you seem to hate your career. Why is it that when someone says something positive you crybabies always call our dispatch/manager? Do you think they even know or care about this website? Do you think they care about your feelings? C'mon drivers, if you are drivers.

Well for one...anyone who sticks up for jb hunt with the longstanding reputation, then what do youe expect?...jb hunt are run crooks...they do the bait & switch to try and get drivers....
