Unloaded hurricane, Utah this afternoon and bounced clear up to Ogden to load baked goods Saturday morning out to some state called Michigan. I understand it's in the northern part of the USA somewhere. I guess I'll find it sooner or later.
But right now I'm watching some moron taking "practice shots" on a quarter table that seems to maybe have turrets syndrome or some other physical malformity based on his complete lack of form and jerky stroke.
Where's Everyone @?

My 09:00 drop/hook Ogden was not ready at 09:00, they only started loading it 09:00. Sucks because some weather is fast approaching from the west and I'm heading east across Wyoming. If I can get out of here in less than an hour, I might have hours to get to Cheyenne today before the crap hit and stay out ahead of this system. I'll only have about 23k pounds
Shock Therapy, motocross25 and Farmerbob1 Thank this. -
Hope you made it out ahead of the weather.Shock Therapy and motocross25 Thank this.

Sitting on TX-6 waiting for a wreck to clear. Conditions are bad and might get worse, but they are not letting ANY traffic through, so there will soon be a gigantic cluster#### of drivers driving too fast as the whole giant lump of us start moving all at once.
To be fair, I do not know if the wreck is bad enough to justify total road closure, but I have only seen a single tow truck, and no fire trucks.Frank Speak and Shock Therapy Thank this. -
I’m shut down in Sioux Falls due to a blizzard. I-29 shut down from here to Iowa border. Oh well, my delivery in Illinois will have to be rescheduled now.
p.s. I got a nice surprise tonight. I got invited to go to a bar by the 30 something clerk at the Flying J here. I’m 53, but lookabout 43.
Made my night! And, we’re leaving in about 20 mins.
Just to be clear, there will be no hanky panky. I’m happily married. Clerk girl knows, but said “I don’t care. We can still have drinks and dance”.
Yes, yes we can!Last edited: Jan 22, 2018

I forgot to mention, but when I was off for a week and when I went to load up my truck the morning I left the house it was zero degrees out and my door locks were frozen.
I didn’t have any de-icer so I tried something different. I went inside the convenience store where I park and bought a cheap cigarette lighter (I don’t smoke so didn’t have one).
Came back out and heated up my key and stuck it in the keyhole. It took about 4-5 times of heating it up and sticking in the keyhole, but it finally melted it enough to open.
Have that lighter in my pocket as I type. I think I’ll hang on to it.

Sitting in a TA in Montana, waiting for a service tech to come and find the frozen air line or valve that is keeping all four of my trailer brakes locked up even after I cleared them of ice.
Thankfully this load has a lot of slack time on it.Frank Speak, motocross25 and Shock Therapy Thank this. -
Sitting in Laramie, WY, waiting for my trailer ABS system to be looked at for the second time. Headed into The Chicago area over the weekend, and I #### well don't want to be pulling a trailer with 40k in the box and no ABS when the forecast is calling for up to 20 inches of snow.
