This was out in Philadelphia area 2 summers ago that truck in front of us got off the high way at the same exit we did and his breaks were smoking the entire way down the exit ramp.

That picture was from this trip:

You summed it up well based on my knowledge. Over the years I have ate at many of their restaurants, I've always found the restaurants to be well staffed, clean and the food is very good. When they open up a new restaurant it is quite a show with the large crowds they draw. the In -n -Out in my town had to lease part of the parking lot from the neighboring mall to handle the line of cars waiting up for the drive up. And last but not least their fancy tractor trailers are nice to look at! My wife who has no interest in trucks even commented on how nice their trucks are. One other noteworthy thing about that company is that their restaurant managers make $165,000 a year!

They're building a new DC in Colorado, so getting closer.

Went out with someone and we ate there, she had a protein style, no buns, the burger wrapped in lettuce. She was hip to the secret menu.

Since In and Out's fries aren't frozen, there probably really isnt' all that much frozen stuff. Probably a lot more efficient (since a front/back freezer set up is more efficient to heat/cool and to load than a side by side set up) to just put the little bit of frozen up front and work it from there. Fries are the real volume killer in the frozen section.

Chik-fil-a's (which probably do a similar volume as an In and out) used to get PALLETS of fries . 1 to 2 pallets just fries (48 cases/pallet) every other day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (CFA's are insanely busy). I had 700 case CFA orders. That's half the truck. TO ONE FAST FOOD RESTAURANT that gets an order every other day.

So this week I was trying to get my broken down Wyse hand truck back to work. It had a flat tire and I finally got around to dealing with it. Well long story short, after an entire week of screwing around I ended up having to buy new wheels and went with the harder cell non-pneumatic non-flattening tires. Spent way to much time and money on new tire tubes trying to fix a tire I couldn't get fixed, so here's the new wheels:

Friend had a HF cheapo with firm inflatables. Asked how he did it, filled them with Silme or one of those. On my list to do myself.

I think he kept filling it until there was no more room, I'll ask him next time I see him. Your wheel was probably cheaper than that many cans.
