    Here is a factory setup in a Autocar dump I was using back in the summer. Hope this helps.

    You can buy the ball knob to go into your existing shifter. I run one although I was thinking of doing what you are talking about also.

    10-4 I'm going to end up adding a couple more holes in the dash panel for 2 more valves. One for the range and one for the fifth wherl slide.
