As I said before, I dont care. Its not MY problem. YOU are the one that has to wonder if someday one of your "1099 employees" will come back to bite you in the ###. And I dont think for a minute you had the foresight to have a contract for him to sign. But again, not MY problem.

It's like some fatal attraction thing. Kinda weird that he's taken such an interest in "your" business. I mean beyond casual forum discussion. I guess some just need a crusade. Even if it's imagined.

Just a little FYI, the truck makes the money, not the driver.

You did it wrong! You're supposed to take it in and set all the cleanliness on your dispatcher, safety guy, or whoever else in office desk that told you it was clean and share the wealth.
