Address for authority

I have not experienced this situation on my own, but, I have researched it and I think that you can use The UPS Store and get an actual address from them. Business Mailboxes at The UPS Store - Get a real street address

 

PO Box?

 

Yes u can use a Po box. My llc, all my authority, everything goes 2 my Po box. So won’t be a problem. I believe somewhere u will have 2 provide your true physical along the way(can’t remember) but my letters of authority and all my EIN info is my Po box. Hopes that helps...

And on a side note... I was actually able to get my Po box on my cdl a dl when I renewed last year. Never thought that one was possible but it is so..

 

Good thinking there, I had a strange situation this past week where a vendor decided to swing by my address while i was out of town. He was in the area on a business trip and remembered he had shipped one of his first runs of a product to me. He texts me and goes how do you park your rig at the house, there is no way you can get it up there. Let's just say 2 days later i secured a virtual office that will greet people during normal business hours, accept my mail and packages, scan my mail and email it to me. Best $100/ month i think i can spend to protect my home!

 

That's a good deal, and good thinking.

 

Nice part is if i need an office or conference room i can rent the space by the hour or day so very expandable to fit my needs as i grow or need to do interviews with potential owner operators.

 

Yeah I've seen the ads for them, but totally forgot those places existed.

 

Just wondering if the process agents accept po boxes because the purpose of a process agent is to represent the entity and be able to deliver any paper work that is served for legal purposes.

 

$100 per month? I used this one for 11$ per month or so, accept packages, scan mail to pdf, easy online account manage. Had for 6 months PO box on my CDL with them.
