What does this mean

    Keep getting this icon when starting to pull up hills no matter small or a decent grade.can't find anything on the internet. Its killing my mpg.truck feels like it loses power.no engine codes are coming up on dash.Any help is appreciated. Its at bottom of screen.left side next to where it say off 20180106_070618.jpg

    That's the fuel computer telling you to take your foot out of it, for optimum fuel consumption

    Ok.but truck looses speed when that pops up and start to climb any type of hill.not sure if the two are related or i have other problems.no getting any type of codes on the dash.

    Usually it's a over rev that causes that. You are using too much RPM generally when that comes on.
    D13 pulls 1000-1600 beyond that you're just beating on the motor.

    So "Floored" - isn't really floored?
    I would think it would be stressful on a drivers rt. leg to keep a half-pedal all the time? How's that work?
    Just asking; I drive a Freightliner Rollback with a 3126; a little kitty CAT as compared to this engine.
    My RPM's operating range is higher too, tops out around 2600.
    I can just keep my foot on the floor? Info?
