Does every driver cited now have a accident with death on their record?

I made it through this probably 30 minutes before this all happened. Was headed west bound on 44 into Springfield. I was in our truck check in lane when it all let loose.

There was no snow on the ground when I came through there so it had to have dumped a lot. It snowed pretty good in Springfield was starting as I pulled in but nothing like those pictures.

The bridge wouldn't have been iced, I had previously just gone through there. This was a freak storm that dumped a ton of snow very fast. I heard it went from no snow to white out conditions very fast.

I know at Springfield, I pulled into our truck check in building with just very light snow, but by the time I drove out and parked it was snowing harder than I'd feel safe driving in and we are talking 15 mins time.
