    Yeppers.
Yet another truck driver thinks they can park anywhere a semi can fit and trespassing and property laws be ######.
Pay the tow and impound fees and learn to park where you have permission.

One of the things that make Florida such a great place is the lack of over regulation compared to other states. Take the good with the bad and start parking legally.

The story is in the link. The truck was apparently towed during the day stating no overnight parking and the tow destroyed the transmission.

You want tons of government regulation? Go to Baltimore, Detroit or Chicago. Leave Florida be. Why should Florida get involved? Handle it yourself through the courts.

I don’t think the state of Florida condones towing trucks for no reason. And NO OVERNIGHT parking is a clear indicator that they don’t want a truck there. Just because your overnight is during daytime does not make you exempt from the rules. Common sense is key here!
