Would love to hear from anyone who is in or who have completed the lease purchase with TransAm. My main questions are dollars net per week and hometime.

being lease you need to stay out more same as a o/o you have more bills to pay.
all i can say sofar havent caught any lies yet will see how it goes. -
are you getting miles, and approx. how many miles are on the trucks before you get them?
-

i think this will be like any other job and thats what you make of it can be good or bad depends on you yea they wil have problems they all do
but if i dont like it ill go back to doing somthing else will keep yea updated as to how it goes -

Far as specs dont know what your wanting its a 09 t660 the leasee's are the same as the company driver but there turned up a bit more right now ###### mpg getting right at 6 at 65 will give it a bit and see if break in does anything with it

btw me getting the truck i want right out of the gate is very lucky seems driver didnt want it that had ordered it he was in a 07 and decided to stay in it
they tell me most of the time its 2-4 weeks to get the truck you want.
if yall decide togo let me know and ill pm you some info ill always take a referal
also got lucky on my Fm as you dont get to pick, but the one i had requested seemed to loose 2 the day i got there -
I believe when he was asking about specs he was asking;
What type of engine?
What the horsepower rating is?
What type of transmission?
Rear end gearing?
Tire size?
Max governed speed?
Other pertinent info would be do you have an apu on the truck?
Have you installed an inverter?
How about a refrigerator or microwave?Baack Thanks this. -
comes with built in fridge dam i hate lappy mouse pads
will be getting microwave and other toys myself once i return homeBaack Thanks this. -
he is only on his 2nd load so we will see how it is in a little while once they start cutting the miles because they have another sucker dooped to do a lease purchase.
They always start you off with plenty of miles because they do not want a empty new truck that they have to pay for and pay for maintnence.
Even though your profile says that you have 14 years experince that does not mean you can not fall for it.
I am sure they will turn out to be like cre.
I am sorry if you take this the wrong way not trying to degrade you just shinning some light on what always seem to happen when you do lease purchase.
