What’s a better company

hello, I’m currently driving for a company and it’s a good company but I’m make 34cents a mile. In 6 month from now they will increase my pay to 37cents per mile and anothe 6 month they increase to 43cents a mile and that is it. I have to get 6 month of solo experience before I can go on to a better company. if I’m correct it’s 6 month , I want to know what company’s will you recommend to go with for better pay. I drive manual shift and I like otr driving state to state or home on weekends. I just need better pay. I cant drive for Werner because they fired me when I only had 2 weeks of solo.

 

I live in Ohio but the company I drive for is out of Florida. I’m a snow bird so I go to Ohio in the summer and back to Florida in the winter. I want to become a permanent Florida resident later on. I go to the Lakeland Florida area is where I go in the winter. In Ohio I’m down about30 minutes drive from Wheeling West Virginia

 

I only have Ohio Class A CDL no Florida CDL yet

 

What the name of the company ? You talking about. I know they have em but I don’t the names of em. I thought someone makes $7000 a month for a company there but I don’t know the name
