I am having an issues with Volvo Corporation. I custom ordered a tractor from Volvo in March of 2016. It was a brand new 2017 tractor. The engine blew at 37,000 miles, Volvo replaced the engine and I went on my way. Within 2 months it blew the second engine. Volvo refused to replace it and told all Volvo dealers all over the country not to touch the truck. All I wanted was the engine that was under warranty replaced and compensation for time and pay lost while the truck was down. Hired an attorney, and he decided to quit on me. I continued to make the monthly payments on the truck until I had no money left. Well Volvo repossed the truck and sold it at auction within weeks. Now I have been served with papers for the balance of the truck and have been told I have to go to a mediation hearing. I am looking for an attorney to hire because I did nothing wrong. The truck blew 2 engines under 50,000 miles. Not my fault. I even paid $12,000.00 for extended warranties. I am frustrated and angry and I only have so much time to fine an attorney. Can somebody please help or recommend an attorney to me. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

How in the world can you go through not one but TWO apparently virgin Engines.

Can you describe the exact situation moments before you blew each engine? Not you specifically to blame but if there was something you did, truck did, physics did or something failed at the crankshaft or whatever... that has to be a root cause of the Kaboom.

Even better did you retain or capture video footage of the thing blowing up at 65 mph on a flat interstate maybe? Follow me?

Nothing happened before both engines blew. We were told the truck would light up messages and make sounds if something was wrong but I got nothing. I was driving down the road and the engines blew. I got pictures of the odometer when they both blew. And got pictures of the entire dash, showing nothing lit up or went off.

    Whoa. That's awesome.

(Its bad, but with that maybe I dare think the engines themselves are flawed. I wonder how many in total blew up around the USA to date?)

Do you have any idea of how I can find an attorney? I have called every attorney in my city and none of them can help. I am desperate for help to find an attorney.

Why wouldn’t Volvo replace the second engine? Everything was covered under warranty.

Won't the ECM show history of over rev , etc?
Cylinder walls should show extreme west if lack of lubrication.

    This is very odd.

If it's a manufacturing problem it would be more than just you.
You wouldn't get the only two lemons.

    Maybe the ONE. Not both.

    Something is not adding up.

It's hard to blow a virgin motor tho...
