When Estes had all those internationals with the Maxxforce engines St. Louis got hit hard. We were short on trucks and a few times the shop would take us over to the hotel and we’d swipe an unsuspecting extra board drivers.

 

Internationals are just the worst to me. The engines are so weak. I don't understand why anybody would want an international over a KW, Pete, or Freightliner.

 

I hate when people say this. yea it's not your truck, but it is YOUR assigned truck and no body else's. I'm not taking everything out of my truck like my CB, antenna, Sirius, and all that every day. If I'm the only one assigned to a truck, I'm the only one that should be driving it. That's how it's been any where else.

 

that's crazy. I leave everything in my truck all the time and have never had a problem. But i've also never had the problem with other people driving my truck.

 

That was just really shady so I've started taking my water. I don't mind if you drink it, but to steal the whole case that I bought at an over priced truck stop. Come on man. This week is a 3K week for me tho. I kill them with that Denver run from KCK.

 

Going on vacation I would def take my things with me. Who knows what would happen then.

Wouldn't surprise me. The way some of these people treat these trucks amazes me. Then don't write them up when something goes wrong. My truck was down for 3 days, so I drove 3 different trucks. DVIR in all said No defects from previous driver. I wrote up at least 3-4 things for each of the trucks.

 

Lol man I swear dude. Truck be in the shop forever in my experience. I tend to stay AWAY from manuals, but they are faster... Which sucks.

 

Seems like they are in the shop forever. I was surprised when it was done in only 3 days. Especially since it had gotten towed to a different terminal to be worked on.
