As far as I remember the PTO will come off the side of the transmission so no extra length. You'll only have to worry about a hydraulic tank which can sit behind the cab or even use the second fuel tank if you have one.

Most eaton fullers have center direct mount under the trans, I always preferred the look of splitting a fuel tank in half and using half for hydro, but you could also mount A seperate one, from there it's just running lines and controls

Not sure how well you know the PTO setup but a key is having the gearing and everything coordinated, my mechanic knows more than i do on this but it helps tremendously. Clearance or anything such has never been an issue for us on anything with what we have done in the past. Dont buy the oil coolers or none of that waste of money imo. Just secure hydraulic lines if they have any chance of rubbing anything. They will cost you all your fluid in seconds if one burst.

Also best type tank to use is just an old 35-50 gallon aluminum fuel tank. Disperses heat well.

As mentioned above take your time when routing the hydraulic lines. Some of the vac trucks I used to work on I swear a 6 year old kid would have routed them better.

I would also highly recommend putting a high quality shutoff valve on the tank too. If you ever blow a line or have to pull the pump you won't have to drain out all the fluid.

Good idea to heavily shield supply lines from any rubbing area.
