    They're all different...
Now most companies won't pay "stringing" pipe because they know that the contractors are messed up as in the right-of-ways aren't cleared for rigs, too many trucks in line, not enough side-booms to offload......

That tank I delivered from Xerxes paid $50/h after the 1st hour if the contractor wasn't ready to set it. Didn't get it though, I delivered the tank the night before in their yard.

Like when they lay asphalt over concrete?

I guess I'm the only one that knows that it WILL crack every 50 feet or so all the way across the road, depending on how far apart the concrete joints are, within 5 years.

Today I delivered to Big Lots, it was a preloaded sealed trailer, opened the doors it looked like a bomb went off. No pallets, odd size boxes stacked to the roof. alot of them fell over. The kid at the dock said that was normal. At my last stopoff, they were knocked over again, They didn't have a dock so they setup rollers and unloaded me by hand. 25 degrees and the wind was blowing hard, right into the trailer. I'd go out and watch them from time to time. It was way too cold for me. Thank God I could idle and stay warm. 3 hours later and they were done. These are the people that have to pay taxes to bailout the auto workers making $70 an hour, in a temperature controlled warehouse. Makes me so mad.
