How could Landstar terminate your lease when you are not leasing the truck from them?
Also, how could you not know who the truck is insured with, if you are leasing it?Steel Dragon and nax Thank this. -

nice meme . the truck is insured through gallagher bassett. Me and my truck where leased on to landstar. A young lady called me and told me that they terminated my lease .CaptainDaveG and Steel Dragon Thank this.

YOU don't lease a truck from them, you lease your truck to them.

I do know of one LS guy, he had a wreck. They kicked him out also. And within a week he was pulling for someone else. Have no other details. But I do it did not cost him his truck.
