Got a 2017 Cascadia with 163k miles.....Steer tires aren't towed in or out but it pulls to the right at 15/35/55 MPH, when you use the brakes it goes straight and tire pressure is up to specs..... any ideas what the issue may be???

If it pulls to right or any thing but straight, get it to a front end shop or dealership. You cannot have a truck going wild for whatever reason.
This assumes beautiful blacktop highway. Not the usual ruts etc. -
I find Freighliner Cascadias with the rear thrust angle out from the factory all the time. Also, sounds strange, but make sure you don't have a tire that is a different size on the truck. It happens. All else fails, swap the steer tires side to side and see if the tire pull either goes away or changes direction. Of course, these issues usually happen with newer tires.
