Guess IN DOT thinks there is too much parking available near the rest areas they plan to close... and is that $370,000 real dollars they will save? Or will it jut be spent some place else in the state budget? Oh and most likely not on bridge or road repair...

Just fill them gallon jugs and leave em alongside the roadway

I would imagine they're not the only state that is going to think this is a good idea. They're not right, but they're going to think they are.

Parking for rigs is scarce enough as it is, so lets take away more of it. Logic and business or government never seem to go hand in hand.
