When they’re that narrow we usually load them shotgun up against posts, chain over top. No nerves bout it tippin. Or you toss a chain over top wrapped and back down no nerves either.

 

You could always hog tie the coils like you would a slitted coil.

Or even better wrap a chain threw the eye of the coil and around the top with both tail ends out to the side. Binder in the center on top of the coil. Then secure the tail ends of the chain to each side. That should keep it from tipping over but it’s a lot of work.

 

Got this heavy fuel sucking monster off my back today. Baltimore to Manitoba.

 

That’s an interesting beast! Quite a ride I’m sure too!

 

How do those drive tire full fenders work out in the snow like that?
