Western Dairy Transport - www.wdtmilk.com maybe has regional. Their cdl school is in Missouri. One student posted recently they provide meals during school that are really good and delicious and plenty of food. Picking up milk loads at dairy farms sounds rural & regional.

US Express has those Dollar General accounts that are regional. You can derail a career real quick bumping into cars in Dollar General parking lots. Driver unload and no docks at the stores. Look closely at Dollar General store parking lots and think of backing through that mess in a sleeper truck pulling a 53' trailer.
    Werner has the same deal.

Ok what other companies contract through premiere that hire new grads for regional accounts,

I'm sorry for all the questions it's just that no one I've talked to has given me a straight answer I've thought about rohel because they pay you to get your CDL and all but again no one has given me a straight answer on if they hire new CDL grads that go through their training program for regional routes

As large as Roehl is, I'm sure they have some dedicated regional runs. Call and talk to someone there.

Also, a lot of Dollar Generals are in Crummy strip malls that would require backing into alleys, here’s a likely scenario: new driver, pitch black darkness, pouring rain, narrow alley that you’ve never been to before. It scares me. Maybe that’s a little over dramatic, but all I’m saying is do as much research as you can since the info is out there and you don’t have to put yourself into that situation with so many options available. Before the trolls come out, I’m sure there are plenty of drivers that started in far worse situations. And I’m sure that us express has many options. But they are close to Granite City.

    Chinatown Thanks this.

Another prospective CDL seeker here. From what I’m gathering, community college programs are of good of quality, and in some cases may actually be hiring schools.

Perhaps an odd question for a college, but are their CDL programs generally accredited as well?
