Need help, tandem violation in California

Back to what someone else said earlier.. If you only had a 5000lb load.. why didn't you just have your tandems slid all the way up??? Sounds like laziness to me got you a ticket :^)

 

California is one of the easiest states to get around in, here it is, use the right lane except for passing, and drive about 60 , and your fine. way easier than the east coast, better weather, and most important the best looking women in the us.
