Krielkamp?? Or stay?

So in working as a mentor and some weeks I make over 2k a week running 4500 miles plus team. But it's a lease position and some weeks I lost money and some only make 800.. all in all 53k last year training 9 out of 12 months.. Now I'm considering krielkamp their pay is 51 com and 55 com for northeast. Plus benefits vacation.. etc. Advertise 2300 -2600 miles a week. Considering if I drive 3k wheree I'm at I only make around 850 gross. And no benefits...... I just like those big paycheck every now and then but training a super hard
And krielkamp I'll be home everyweek.. am I just over thinking those? I have a almost 5 year old dui that's why I'm not look elsewhere.
