    I think so They disabled the immobilizer in the computer and reprogrammed it, that was about 3 weeks ago and everything has been good so far, fingers are crossed.

    I have the same year and model truck with the same problem. Turned out it was actually the battery connection the post was loose. After I tightened it up problem went away. You would think on a brand new truck ( only 18k mi) the battery terminals would be tight.... NOOOOOO!

    try the k relays in the top of the dash one is for starter motor or you may have faulty wire somewhere also check battery terminals are tight does the starter motor just click when this happens

    I have this same no start problem and the "neutral not secured" message sometimes flickers on dash when attempting to start. Sometimes no crank sometimes cranking but no start.
