How does offering you health care at no cost to you allow the employer to control your healthcare?

    Tb0n3 Thanks this.

You need to stop speaking for me, By offering you healthcare it is just that, if you don't want it decline the offer, nobody is forcing you to take it.

I was in a union twice and I had NO option to decline health benefits or any other "benefit" for that matter. They were FORCED on me. I had zero say in the matter. I prefer freedom of choice. The union was the main reason I left that job in the end. I moved to a non-union shop and got my own insurance with the money I saved from not having pay "dues". A much better policy as well.

That's incorrect. Boeing plant in South Carolina voted to remain non union. Google it. I'm not your union boss and refuse to do it for you.

Actually, I only deliver to 3 places, and those are drops...so, I don't care about that.

I also said I "would never work for a place where unions were involved".

I realize you're a shill for the Union, so, you just don't want to face facts. In Detroit, it was the UAW...in Chicago, it's the Teachers, Police, Firefighters union that has all these pensions that are not funded.

In both cities, its the Legislators that are backed by the Unions.

The Unions control these cities, and local Govt...if not the entire state govt.

I do wonder if something is going on at Sni though as the OP is pointing out. Just went back and re-read the first post and I think it got off track as he feared. Lol
