    The company offers different plans, choose the one that works for you, no the company cannot change insurance providers without approval, it's in your cba. If your current employer offers insurance they can change plans, providers or anything else they want without asking you, you can also decline their offer for insurance.

    Everytime that I hear the "Socialist" or "Marxist" words, I also hear "Fox News".
    Over and over and over...

    When all you gentlemen become too sick or too old too work (I know, that will never apply to you), at least you can count on your Marxist, er, I mean, Social Security money to help out.

    Unless, of course, all you patriots finally get your way and the whole thing gets privatized and given to the banks; Great! Until, that is, the banks claim insolvency (just like in '08) and all that money goes...poof!

    Which brings us to the next big change; Nothing is illegal..... nothing! And every living American, regardless of age, is issued two handguns, a good rifle, and plenty of ammo.

    Now that's what I call freedom.

    Only 2 handguns? How about 5 handguns, couple 12 ga. shotguns, and 4 AR15's...thats more American!

    And, I don't need anyone to hand ammo out to me, because I reload my own...so, I've got plenty!

    Point taken; possible changes to include 5 handguns, four shotguns and unlimited AR15's.
    Also (and I know this isn't very American) a German MG42; one per household. That will keep your reloading skills sharpened. If you want more, than go take one from your neighbor.

    Of course...because then it would be more fair! Instead of just those that don't want to work, everyone can be poor.

    Then, there wouldn't be any winners or losers...everyone can lose together.

    We can ALL be on same loser level together as the slaves we're truly meant to be while only the chosen ones will rule over us and live like Kings. It's amazing indoctrinated some people have become. To actually support that ideology is terrifying. All I can say is...China. They really live it up over there!

    How much input do you get when the cba changes? If rank and file are truly represented why did the wildkat strikes of the 1970s occur?
