    What Ridgeline said. Price insurance first. Make sure you have medical insurance in place before you look at the quotes...... ;)

    If your combination GVWR exceeds 10,000# with the pickup and trailer, then you fall under the Federal Regulations for commercial vehicles with that combination

    If you transport property, private or for hire, you cannot register as an RV.
    You are in the trucking business as a private carrier, you need DOT#, all registrations, CDL, etc. All Federal trucking rules apply.
