It really wasn't too bad. I knew what I had to deal with and just took it slow, ran at my pace as we roadracers say. It was mid 30's so I wasn't too worried about sliding. That road is just a mental drain man. Thanks for the kind words.Steelersjunkie Thanks this.

Youll get it. I have no doubt.Steelersjunkie Thanks this.

Found a new to me Wally World today that is trucker friendly. They better be, I spent 200 bucks in their store. Lolz,,,,
Picked up in Plano this morning and brought load to Menards store in Columbus IN. The guys there were cool and told me the next door Wally World was a trucker friendly place. I've been out of supplies for a week and seriously needed grocery store run, oh yeah, of course I got here with 8 mins left on my 14.
I parked in the NE corner where a couple other trucks were. The lot is spotlessly clean. I intend to do my part in keeping it that way. Good gawd how I hate seeing trucker bombs strewn about.
Anyway, leaving outa here about 0400 to pick up a load in Trenton back to Peoria. William and I are keeping a short leash as I have to be in Richfield Mon and Tues for doc appointments. Our dispatchers are cool as hell.FalconsFan21, Waterboy334, Steelersjunkie and 1 other person Thank this. -
Thanks for the phone call @Goobr54 It was good to hear from you, it's been a while. Just out of curiosity, which Wallyworld are you at? The east side or west side? I'm gonna mark it on Trucker Path
Be safe, driver. Keep the racing slicks down.

I've lived close (relatively) to 271 all my life and I still can't figure that situation out. It is one of the most heavily traveled roads in northeast Ohio and they always plow it last. Makes no sense. Tons and tons of accidents every winter.JOHNQPUBLIC Thanks this.

I hope so, thanks for the vote of confidence! I am confused as to why I'm required to have that endorsement. I will never be required at any point to haul a hazmat load, and you can be sure that I won't. Just a ridiculous hoop to jump through. Add it to the already large pile

Just missed you there. I left about an hr before that.

Love my Trucker Path too. I'm on the E side on 46 by Menards. 9 trucks and 3 RVs at 0330 this morning. So quiet, no reefers or APUs. Just me and my bunk heater. Lolz,,,, "but Mommy, I don't wanna get up. ". Y'all have a safe day!FalconsFan21, Airmech, JOHNQPUBLIC and 2 others Thank this.
