Lol it's not all about money and he'll no I hate the northeast Jersey mostly I feel where your coming from. Hey man I recon you have experience. Yet your still at DH that's a good sign.

I hated running 600 mile trips and heavy bs beer and water loads.
All those live loads suck.
Now I haul light loads like auto parts,2000 miles.
Got 2 3600 mile weeks back to back.
Cpm doesn't tell the whole story.

I run the northest with no issues at all. I do most of my driving at night. I gross about 1400-1500 for 5 days, 1600-1800 for 6 days. Home every night.

 

Check with Senn Freight Lines; maybe they have what you want. They do long runs to the west coast and Pacific Northwest.
