K&b is no different than any other company that services Tyson / ibp .
IE : zeitner , van wyk, etc
You will stay busy and make decent money but you are tysons slave .

 

The guys that show up and post out of nowhere and disappear are probably new people. This company has a bad rep but @dogtrucker and I must be treated differently for some unknown reason. My girlfriend is treated the same as me also. For a company driver you cant beat $1250 a week guaranteed. I dont understand the Tyson slave reference, yes we haul tyson but i love hauling for Tyson, Drop and hooks all day. This company isnt perfect nor is any other. My only complaint is equipment, which most others do not complain about, guess ive just had bad luck idk. Ive already had to switch 5 trucks, of course i still get paid but its the hassle of switching. If i was to ever leave it would be of that reason. My dispatcher is awesome and most everyone knows me by name. Money is good and treated awesome.

 

Yes we can beat the 1250 a week as a company driver.

 

I make more than that usually, i said $1250 guaranteed, if you aint rolling you aint making money, if your broke down all week you aint making 1250.
