I have an offer from them pending a background check that I will pass.
I would like to know if they are a good company from anyone who has worked there for a few years or more in their OTR division.
Appreciate the help gentleman, and I use that term loosely ya #### trucker trash.

I've heard that thumbs up or down depends on your home terminal.
I tried to get on with them, but I got out of the truck in 2004 and I'm "not current enough".QuietStorm Thanks this. -
I've heard they are a good place to be as an o/o. But not sure as a company driver
snowman_w900 and QuietStorm Thank this. -
The offer is system driver out of San Bernardino. Anyone know how it is in the west?

Went for a brief interview there. Seems like a good company based on the attitude of the other drivers, the care about the equipment, and tth general realism of the office people I talked to.
I'm competing with a couple other people for a truck which means I might not work there. However, if one of you lot are interested but not sure I'd say go for it, because it seems significantly better than the last couple companies I worked for.speedyk Thanks this. -
I’ve worked at A&R for 4 1/2 years. Bottom line is there equipment.
Equipment is outdated and maintenance is not what it used to be.
It’s also based on what terminal you work out of and if it makes enough revenue to qualify for newer equipment.
Good training, Good miles and atm I’m making 56/34 cpm. Not sure what a new guy would make.QuietStorm, speedyk and neffalaska Thank this. -
Just an update, didn't get the job, but good luck to whoever did.
