We got us a couple meth heads in the building....

Jokes aside, I'd imagine the guy's been tweaking hardcore for the past few days/weeks and was on a serious come down. Likely hadn't slept in days and came crashing down, pun intended. I mean no one said he was high on meth at the time of the crash, it was just obviously in his system. Surprised this needs to be spelled out for people

You sure seem to know a lot about meth and its effects and all.a lot more than I do anyway.how did you become so knowledgeable?personal experience? Family? Friends? Or just guessing?I knew it would only be a matted of time before the expert truckers weighed in. From now on when I need legal advice on ANY matter I'll just go to the nearest pilot and save the money I've been wasting on attorneys all these years.for instance, I had no idea that a convicted felon couldn't get a cdl until reading some of the replies earlier. Despite the fact that my own brother, who done six years in a Florida penitentiary currently holds one issued to him in California. Must be some kind of forgery.better do the right thing and report him ASAP.I'm going to confront him about it! Tell him I read a reply on t r that says that he can't have one so explain that. Can't wait to see the look on his face when he realizes that he's been busted.and he would have gotten away with it if it hadn't been for those meddling drivers and their stupid dog!!

If he was under the influence of meth he would have been the most alert driver possible. Something doesn't add up. Is this some kind of Chinese riddle or did he have the worst attorney ever?

As far as him getting out in 16 years I would look at it like this if one of my family members would have been killed in the crash.I may only have to wait 16 years to bust a cap in this clown rather than 55.good deal!

And you expect people to accept something like that from an unknown internet source? I don't even know his credentials.

I personally know several dozen fighter pilots from the navy, served with 10 different squadrons from 2000 to 2004, got to personally know many naval aviators. They were in line with everyone of us doing piss tests and not once were there a single issue.

I will agree that yes they used to experiment with several narcotics with different war fighters, but in the current theaters, I highly doubt they used illegal substances. The only thing I ever recall any of them using was caffeine pills.

No issues with the piss tests because they disclosed that they were taking prescribed amphetamines. If it's disclosed, and you test positive, then you're not flagged.

And when you're US Government property, no substance is illegal if the US Government hands it to you and tells you to use it.

It doesn't say he was high, they can't know that for sure anyway.
My educated guess is that he didn't sleep for long and at some point your eyes will just close speed or not.Wonder how many miles he was doing weekly?
