If your truck sits a lot, then just rotate the outside tire 180. I know the valve stem will now be at the same spot as the inner, but the flat spots will be off set. IMO.

I have the same problem, i guess. My pete been seating for a month now and the same side as your 3way lock, front rght drive axle won't turn. I will get my gear and hit the drums. Thanks guys.
We still got snow here in Montreal and temp is below 13 but next week is spring. -
Sometimes you can gently rock the truck forward and backwards and they'll unstick. Used to have that problem every weekend after washing the truck in winter. I just released the brakes and if it wouldn't roll freely down the driveway in neutral I'd just put it in reverse and give it just a tiny bit of torque (like if you were trying to reverse a couple inches). Usually they'd pop free right away.
