Eaton fuller 10 speed grinding when switched to low

    That I don't know,I only know how to drive don't know what's inside.
    All I am saying is that it was behaving exactly like OP described and that I was told the problem was power divider.Finally it quit on an interstate and the truck wasn't moving at all without locking differential.

    Looks like a Rockwell. Still comes apart like Cline says. That is just what I thank from what I can remember and see in your picture.

    After looking at pictures on the web I does look like a Rockwell , does that change anything ?

    My 10 speed fuller when I split to hi hi range it Whines loud ,anybody know what might causing this red Splitter
