WHERES THE ENGINE BRAKE?

    Can't find engine brake on 2005 freightliner. Anybody know where it is?

    It's a 2005 so it probably has those paddle switches that have all the writing worn off them and your left with nothing but white spots.
    May I suggest you just start pushing buttons till you find the one that operates the brake.

    Usually on the engine! But the switch is on the dash...if it has one.

    Haha,my point from Volvo thread has been proven!
    No problem finding Jake brake switch in 2005 Volvo:p.
    OP,that switch is probably under passenger seat :D!
    Or some other strange spot.

    Down low just above the cup holder. Never driven one that old, but currently they're on the bottom row next to the outside mirror heater switch. Three position toggle.
