A couple of things to add about EE:
I also agree the driver managers seem to be clueless. However, it was not that bad for me as I had a set route. Most of the time I could just take care of my route and did not need to talk to my DM. The drivers tended to communicate with each other in working out things like relaying a truck in for service, etc. Then we would contact the DM and tell em the plan.
My health and welfare payment, capped at 40 hours per week was $5.11 per hours. After insurance expenses, other they took out, I netted $1.97 per hour for a single male. -
Im just starting out here and Im not super impressed with the staff. They are so unorganized its a wonder how they even run a business. Hopefully the $ is worth it.

Are you still able to get contacts about routes? I like the one offered but I know ill want to switch it up eventually.

I worked for them for a year and and half and I finally had to leave.
Work was easy, but, too much BS.
I had 4 or 5 managers in that time. Ridiculous!!
And forget about ever trying to reach one of them.
They're payroll is a fricken joke, and they will absolutely bend you over on their health insurance.
Hope it works out for you though!!!king v Thanks this. -
Yup, im already talking to pat salmon. Takes 60 phone calls and repeating myself all day to get my point across on any issue. Every guy that picks up the phone sounds like garfield and sounds as if they really couldn't care less. I can't tell if I was outright lied to about my route or if my manager didnt make notes about their intentions for me before they left the company. The communication here is piss poor. I was explaining a situation a few days ago, was ignored and then I got . I was talked to like a step child all this week while they consistently dropped the ball. Anyone else, do yourself a favor and dont give this company the time of day. It doesn't matter how much experience you have, if they want a square peg to fit in a round hole then thats just how it goes and you don't know #### and can't tell them anything. Any staff they have that "used to drive" eventually out themselves as local, class b, part time and think they know everything.
