Don't drive for C R E they haven't gotten any better try small co they have more to offer LIKE treeting you as a real person !
with a small company you may find you don't need to have a refresher .
I fell into that need training scam that these BIG companys use .
Lasted one year with ENGLAND got my red jacket pat on the back for driving 140000 miles accadent free and was down the road in two weeks not on good terms still fighting legal issues with early leese termnatoin.

Ok i will take ur advice on tht but i dont know of any smaller trucking companies, other than tht refresher im also thinkin about just goin thru the entire course again & spending the ridiculous amount for it cause im sure alot or some has changed since back then. If u can give any info on a smaller company or more advice it would b appreciated. Thank you.

 

Look in the yellow pages stop in at a local trucking co.
try graigs list
state job service may offer some help .
Texas is a BIG state they must have 100s of small trecking co.

 

Look out side the BOX trucking is more than the BIG 10 running cost to cost .
There are good paying jobs closer to home . hyw const ,local delevery,farm to market ,
A lot of companys run just a few trucks they all need drivers.

 

I just figured something out. The Trucker's Report has a wittness protection program. When the T/R wants to hide someone they send them to CRE and they are never heard from or seen again......
