No problems with reception. The nose of the trailer is far enough back and the signal goes right through the fiberglass of the cab. I have yet to park and not gotten a signal.

Cool. Anyone know if I'm better off with a range booster USB device or an external antenna for wifi reception? Can't find any antennas locally but plenty of usb devices, so I need to order an antenna off the internet. Logic tells me the external antenna is better and the cost for a magnetic mount roof model is lower than a usb range booster......???

The only place my Sprint card does not work is across I-80 in parts of WY and NE, Verizon has that all wrapped up. But I don't go out that way much anymore.

Sorry, my memory is the second shortest thing I got...
Anyway, I ordered Millenicom this morning because they are truly unlimited. They are resellers of Verizon which has good coverage or so I hear. I'm a Sprint customer also but I'll burn through the 5GB limit they offer. I ordered a 13db roof mount antenna that has interchangeable adapters so I can switch it between my air card and my cell phone. I'm also ordering a roof mount omni directional wifi antenna instead of using the usb range booster. For now I'm going to try to get by with the integrated TV antenna in the Pete but I don't think it's going to work very well after the digital switch in Feb. I'll probably watch most of my TV over the internet anyway as long as Millenicom stays unlimited. Now I gotta decide which GPS... Garmin 760???
