    What is the absolute worst pay, CPM that you have heard about thats still going?
    Seems like most of the lower rung megas have up their pay in the last few years.
    Who is still lagging behind?

    I hear the mega's that do their own training and licensing start new drivers off in the upper 20's to 30 cpm.

    Ha, no, just always curious about pay rates.
    When I was looking for my first job I called everyone to get the pay scales. For a while we had a thread that had them all in it. I tried to revive it a while back but no one was interested in sharing the rates.
    Ideally I would love to have one place to see what everyone is paying, just nosy more than anything I guess.
    I really hope its not true that some guys out there are getting 10 cents a mile.
