Official company policy: At precisely 11 hours of driving, the truck turns back into a pumpkin.
Definitely want to be somewhere pumpkin-friendly when that happens.Lepton1, lovetwodrive, bryan21384 and 2 others Thank this. -

I go to my Safe Space.
But seriously. I activate the teleportation feature if I'm not where I want to be. It's a worthwhile option provided by Freightliner. Worth every dollar. However, I don't get paid for those miles.Last edited: Apr 21, 2018

If you have three hours of on-duty time available at the end of the day, you didn't do everything you needed to do that day.
Pre-trip takes 15 minutes. Fueling takes 7-10. Load checks are 15-25 (unless you are pulling a grain hopper, tanker or pneumatic, you are required to stop and check load securement). Half hour break is 30.
If you are lucky, you'll have 2 hours left over.BlackThought Thanks this. -
