Every trainer I had was a fantastic person, but I have heard other lady drivers say their (male) trainers tried to get in bed with them. Never heard of a guy saying it, though. That's a first.

I'd say report it, but I'm not sure what happened was definite enough. If he'd jumped on you, yeah, but just looking at you while you were sleeping, that's creepy, but I don't know if your company would do anything about it.

 

We have heard some strange and odd stories through the years about trainers and it never ceases to amaze me.

 

Maybe he was just standing over you trying to decide what that smell was. LOL

Did you ASK him about it? Are you even sure he's gay? Truth be told, I can't see a gay trainer wanting to go OTR with any man at all, anymore than it would make sense to have a man go out with a female to train her. Too much risk! It happens, I'm sure, but just because they might or might not go that way doesn't mean they think they'd like to take that particular ride with YOU... just be positive before you say boo.

Plus, you said he molested you, then you said he didn't touch you. Which is it?

If he REALLY did something to you, then you should talk to your driver manager or something. If you're just being a pansy, then stop it.

Great, one more thing to worry about. Never thought about that before.
The only thing I worried about was a female trainer taking advantage of me whilst I slept. LOL
I'd turn his a%% in! Don't accuse him of anything, just tell your DM that some of the things he said and did made you uncomfortable. It may not be the first time, or the last,that he has tried something.
