I used the climate control knobs, but works just the same. No mount needed.

I'd do that, but in my setup the phone would block the button for my hazzard lights, and with construction season I use it quite a bit

7306F5F1-3115-46F6-A149-5B50E76560E0.jpeg I’ve been buying the ones from TA for several years. Currently have four on dash of latest Cascadia on plate where I dash GPS would be. Two for GPS (built-up double-sided tape then plates), one for personal phone, and one for company phone.

I run a smoothbore. Formerly in oilfield. I know “rough”.

The personal phone gets removed and replaced at least a dozen times per day. I can just sort of toss the phone at it and it connects. Phone mount is underneath Otterbox case.

Occasionally have problems with mounts staying on dash. A few drops of superglue fixes that.

I leave those behind when off to new job or truck. But Goof Off with get residue.

Well, I bought the Scosche mount after seeing all the recommendations in this thread.

    Awesome. Simply awesome.
