Mine was similiar got Lost into a No Truck Route in New Jersey.Vendors were selling fruit on the streets& cars on Both sides.Had to "Back Out" about a mile and 1/2

 

Oh yeah I've had to back my way out of a neighborhood in long island. Didn't wanna drag a set of power lines down coming in the store, so instead of me stopping right then and there I kept going down the street only to be met by the Atlantic ocean hahaha with no turn around spot. At 7am traffic nonetheless. Only had about 2 months experience at the time covering a run that wasn't mine with no helper. Backed out a good half mile with some tight streets. Took about 45 min but didn't hit anything

 

Us old timers will for the most part tell you like it is. However I suggest that you also read the driver's handbook... The green one written by the FMCSA WHEN IN DOUBT ABOUT THE INFO YOU'VE RECEIVED. 47 YEARS AND COUNTING...
