1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

what a complete joke....rolmfao....whats next to undermine your skills,so the corporate can give you slave wages and be justified?

THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG,MANIPLATIVE AND A BIG CON AND LIE......

THE BUSINESS HAS COME TO FINDING WAYS TO UNDERMINE YOUR EXP. TO JUSTIFY CHEAP LABOR....READ THE WRITING ON THE WALL...WAKE UP MAN.

THIS IS JUST ANOTHER WAY TO MANIPULATE YOU INTO WORKING CHEAP LABOR AND HAULING IT FOR SLAVE WAGES.....THATS ALL THIS IS...

TRUCKING IS A BUSINESS ITS NOT PROFESSIONAL IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM....

IT ALL GOES TO THE CHEAPEST PERSON.....SO SIMPLE....I WOULD TELL THEM TO STICK THE SCHOOL UP THERE AZZZZ....TELL THEM GOOD LUCK FINDING CHEAP LABOR....

I got the same thing from one company after only one and a half years off the road.

Doesn't seem to matter that I drove over a million miles in the 9 years before the off time with no prventables.

The whole thing with them telling you to go back to school is all a scam.. For anyone to get reastablished in a TT all they need is 6 weeks training. If going to school is such a big deal to them, then why have you go with a trainer?

Do you still have a CDL??? if so I would look at schnieder or one of the other big companies. Most require at least 6 months exp in the last 3 years!!!

bang the hell outta the phones, apply at some of the driver recruiter sites like bubbajunk,[spamming job site removed] and truckflix

    good luck!!!!

Werner is the McDonalds of the trucking industry, you're nothing but a number to them. Although most other "big" companys are this way. C.L. Werner was a good man, who had a good company 'til he got ate up with greed and started buying all his toys. Sorry for the rant, but I'd advise against Werner since you have experience. I hope the best for you at getting in a Co that will put you with a "trainer".
