Wrong BOL Weights, tell dispatch?

What do you mean rat? You are not telling on a fellow driver that he's drinking beer or two at a truck stop. This is strictly business. I would let the bosses know...and I would roll.

 

Technically the weight on the BOL is suppose to match the weight on the wagon. In your case probably doesn't matter but? A BOL is a legal document.
Tell your boss and let them deal with it.
Would the Canucks in here cross the border like that?

 

I would tell them the next time you're there maybe they don't know their scales are off.

 

scale at CAT....send the CAT scale receipt in with the bol to your dispatcher....let them worry about weight....always scale...never go by whats on the bol

 

Another problem is .What if the dispatch says pick up 2 more skids a 2.000 lbs each at a different location and delivers around the corner from receivers or even delivers in the same place
