Thank you, I was asking because I heard there are fewer female trainers than male trainers. In order to not have to wait months after training to get on the road, some women will just have male trainers. I cannot afford to not work for that long, but thank you everyone for all the replies!

I doubt you will be in serious jeopardy by going out with a male trainer. Just make sure you set boundaries and understand that guy can't read your mind.WongK Thanks this.

Yep
Because women want to have sex with men too (don’t act like they don’t) and since males have been nurtured by nature to “make the first move,” it can easily go awry VERY quickly. -
You'll be fine. Just put on your thick skin and trust your gut. You can usually walk away from a bad situation before it gets worse.shogun Thanks this.

The problem is that a lot of mega company trainers moonlight as male models and body builders. Can you control yourself for 6 weeks? Think Stephen Hawking intelligence with Brad Pitt looks and Dewayne “The Rock” Johnson’s build.

At the very, very least, I'd like to be introduced to the trainer before making the decision. However, that has its own complications.

The other thing i forgot to mention unless you've already started with a trainer is if the company tries to get you to sign any kind of waiver for responsibility regarding you driving with a male trainer. You should refuse to sign it they'll do this to avoid any major law suit if something were to happen, i mean the culprit would still be up for criminal charges however as far as the companies concerned they want to avoid rather large pay outs for law suits. Hence the reason why companies have a no hitchhiker policy. Best check any fine print in the contract you initially signed when you started orientation.
