The "restricted" part your talking is from Rt83 into Melrose right? I take that way all the time and have never had any issues... The sign states "no through trucks" no a complete ban on all trucks

Actually just the section from Rt. 83 to the 290/294, Elmhurst wants truckers to go up to US 20 and take it to 290 then drop down on to north ave in north lake...I was speaking with an elmhurst cop regarding what areas I could look at for truck parking, and he mentioned it to me...but he said so many trucks use it, they cant enforce it
TruckDuo Thanks this. -
10-4 that's the area I was talking about I just referenced going into Melrose Park as an example because heading east right after the 290/294 interchange is Melrose... There is some place's you can park around the area but not to sure about Elmhurst... The company I used to work for is right across from the Wal-mart on rt83 in Elmhurst so having to look for parking in that area is something I never had to do... I know the Wal-mart is a no go...

We are looking at this company also, any input on how they treat the drivers and if there is miles and money there would be greatly appreciated.
