watch out for gay trainers

lol well that is extreme i would report him but you cant sue and get money he didint do anything . Thats the problem with everybody these days they want to sue and get a free ride. the right thing to do would have been to turn him in and get a new trainer if he was uncomfortable with him.

 

WRONG!! its NOT a frivilous lawsuit and IT IS a big deal. I have worked in management and it is very serious and it definately IS sexual harrassment and it IS against the law and the company is 100% liabel, even tho they did not know about it. At the very least, get it reported to the company so they can fire this creep before someone else gets harmed.

 

I can't believe this thread is still going strong. Must be a lot more drama queens and homophobics out there than I imagined......

Let me tell you a story. When I was a young trucker, about 18, I was running down I-95 BS'ing with another driver on CB. We decided to stop for the night and get a few beers. To save money we decided to share a room. We had a few beers and went to our room. I was sleeping and felt someone touching me. It was obviously the other driver. I got up, told him I'm not into that and left. No drama, no emotional scars, no bloodshed, no nothing. The End.

Reading this thread is like watching a wreck - you don't really want to look but you have to. This bunch would probably complain if a gay never hit on 'em, they'd be saying they were being discriminated against. So let's call the company WAAAAAA, let's file a lawsuit WAAAAAA, let's call the police WAAAAAAA, let's have a group whining session WAAAAAAA...... you get the point. The prevassive attitude in this thread is a great example of what's wrong with America today. Get someone to fix your problems, depend on someone else for every rediculous thing, no one can ever be uncomfortable for even a minute, I could go on and on. I'm gone and I ain't comin' back. Yeah but the sexual harasment was done in a company training period in a company vehicle. You were in a room that you shared on your own time and made that choice so yeah say your not into that and leave. But this guy was in training for a company and shouldnt have to deal with that. It should be professional and comfortable.

All I can say is I am glad that I never had to have a trainer!
Took my road test, and it was determined that no trainer was needed. never been into having room mates other than my wife anyways!
